Marius is a consultant for sustainability strategy and communication, as well as a publisher. He primarily works at the place where those two areas meet and enjoys delving deep into topics – especially climate assessments and greenhouse gas reduction. Communication only becomes credible when it is backed up by concrete sustainability actions. And in turn, good communication – both internal and with the wider world – about those actions has the power to inspire. Marius Hasenheit is a partner of the agency sustentio GmbH and works as a consultant for communication and corporate strategy as well as a journalist. In the field of communication, Marius Hasenheit develops public affairs, science communication and social media campaigns for NGOs, associations and companies. He likes deep dives and therefore enjoys working on climate assessments, and materiality or environmental analyses. He is also the editor of the magazine “transform”, published throughout Germany. As a freelance journalist, he also writes and speaks for FAZ, SZ, Deutschlandfunk and Neue Narrative. In addition to his role on the managing board of sustainable natives, he also serves as co-board member of GSP eG, a housing cooperative that is currently building and renovating more than 200 apartments in Berlin and the surrounding area. After studying environmental sciences (biogeosciences & global change ecology), Marius worked for the Ecologic Institute and for several public affairs agencies and think tanks. |
