Carolin is an expert in sustainable communication design. She supports the professionalization of corporate identities and develops creative concepts for corporate media such as reporting and marketing tools. In projects, she takes on creative conception, media development and final artwork as well as communication and project management, and as a designer supports the creation of interdisciplinary projects.

Carolin Oelsner has 20 years of experience in the industry. She learned her trade in a pre-press agency as a media designer for digital and print media. After graduating from HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd with a degree in design, she worked for over 3 years in a Berlin brand design studio for clients such as the Berlin Senate Department for Urban Development, Triumph and the PHINEO Platform for Social Investors.

For the past 10 years, she has worked exclusively as a freelancer on projects in the fields of education, research, environment, food, healthcare and culture. Both independently and as part of different teams, she has designed media for Teach First Deutschland, Cornelsen Verlag, the Federal Agency for Civic Education, ver.di, the Association for Child and Youth Welfare AGJ, the German-French Youth Office, the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences, the Association of German Foundations, Clean Energy Global, WBS Training GmbH and the fashion designer Natascha von Hirschhausen, among others.

She is a signatory of the Charter for Sustainable Design. As well as prioritizing high-quality design and a strategic approach, Carolin places particular importance on helping companies and institutions to position themselves in a way that’s more oriented to the common good, as well as clearly communicating their values and messages.
