Sabine Räbiger brings extensive practical experience to the network and stands for transformation, culture and sustainability – in very different roles. As a human resources manager and CHRO, she has initiated and implemented both planned and unplanned restructurings for decades – in very different industries and from family businesses to MDAX to private equity. Today, she brings this expertise to companies as an interim manager, shaping phases of modernization and transition. Her role as a consultant focuses on sustainability concepts and cultural change. She has an MBA in “Sustainable Management and Future Trends” and is a passionate, licensed trainer of Barrett Analytics, a method for measuring culture in companies and organizations. As an investor, she focuses on the topic of corporate succession, as a mentor she supports primarily female executives and junior managers, and as an advisory board member she works to ensure that regulatory bodies not only become more diverse but more professional too.
