|Kathrin brings more than 25 years of professional experience to the network and has changed perspectives several times: She has worked in management and strategy consulting, led NGOs for many years, and most recently founded a digital social startup.
Kathrin has many years of experience in developing value-based and sustainable strategies, in change management projects and transformational and sustainable leadership. She has accompanied CSR projects on human rights in supply chains in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Guatemala, among others.
With her own startup, Kathrin has been revolutionizing digital impact measurement of humanitarian and development projects since 2016 and aims to help companies identify and measure the necessary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of their ESG activities, integrate them into European and international reporting frameworks (CSRD, SDGs, GRI) and last but not least learn from the data.
Her work focuses on developing and implementing sustainability strategies (ESG, CSRD), implementing the Supply Chain Act (LkSG), and advising on transformation processes and sustainable transformation leadership.
In projects Kathrin takes the role of strategy consultant, facilitator, coach and trainer.
