During this time he has held various positions, as project leader, production manager and technical manager, as well as leading the strategic site development of the company in a role similar to that of chief operating officer.
Today he works as an independent consultant for the industry. With his external perspective and multidisciplinary expertise he supports companies with their development. His clients benefit from his in-depth technical knowledge, experience in redesigning organizational processes and his understanding of business contexts.
His work begins with the identification and analysis of data. He supports his clients with their projects that aim to improve sustainability and to identify and realize efficiency potentials.
Andreas always takes into account the totality of material cycles and is thus also able to identify opportunities to develop new value chains through the use of waste products.
