| Andrea has been analyzing and developing sustainable business strategies with companies for many years – including using the N-Kompass method. She also supports companies through cultural transformation processes using Barrett Analytics©. In projects, she takes on the role of strategy consultant, facilitator, coach and trainer. Andrea Meier is a supervisory board member and co-founder of sustainable natives eG. She is also the owner of the sustainability consultancy agency power2sustain – Simple. Sustainable, Business In Dusseldorf. As a sustainability expert, she supports the specialist team of the Senate of Economy’s sustainability initiative based in Bonn and Berlin. She is a certified consultant of the Barrett Values Centre and a Sustainable Business Manager. She is also a consultant for ‘Qualitätsoffensive Mittelstand’ (Quality Initiative for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises), an N-Kompass trainer and CSR manager (FA). Her focus is on value-oriented and sustainable corporate development, using internationally proven models and tools for individual and organizational transformation. As a training partner of the German Sustainability Code (DNK), she supports companies that are just getting started with transparency reporting. She holds a degree in music therapy and an MBA in general management. |
